I managed to uninstall the second time around but couldn’t install the new driver you suggested because it said that I don’t have any compatible device. The sleep mode I'm trying to send the computer into and wake it from is an S3 sleep mode, so I'm not sure if this hotfix would apply to it. These persist when I re-install my NVIDIA drivers (I even tried using Driver Fusion to get a clean install), but they do seem more frequent with the recent beta drivers. if you system has bugs in the BIOS or any device driver (most likely a network driver) it can produce this bugcheck. check over here Feel free to PM another staff member for assistance if I do not respond in a timely manner.

Not as big of an upgrade as OP, but I am cursed to only trust Nvidia (even though its their card that has the compatibility issue X0 ) For anyone else Recommend removing your ASUS utilities through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. And all of them says that the BSod where caused by "ntoskrnl.exe" Any ideas one what might be causing this BSoD?? Please disable Verifier prior to doing the software and driver steps.
I use the Malwarebytes malware scanner every once in a while because their malware database is updated almost daily.
