I joined the STEAM forums to get help and the advice I got was to take a picture of the game box/cd and receipt and email to a given address. The computer just restarts and when it does, I am notified that the system recovered from a serious error. This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool. All rights reserved. Have you tried updating your video card drivers and running the Steam Diagnostic program? Set the 9600XT to 128 (the card needs a bit more of the bus to perform its 3D magic). This mostly worked, game play was still choppy, and graphics were sub-par but still useable.
